Our Story

In 1922, a small artisan woodworking shop opened its doors in Comerio, a small village nestled in the hills near Lake Varese, marking the beginning of a remarkable entrepreneurial journey. A family-run business that successfully grew across generations, passing down not only the company itself, but also a passion for a time-honored craft and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

Today, Ceresio Arredamenti is a leading company in the interior furnishing sector. A modern business capable of anticipating market trends while maintaining the highest quality standards, true to the artisanal tradition from which it originated. Lorenzo and Valerio Bossi, descendants of the founders, lead Ceresio with a collaborative philosophy, engaging every member of the company in achieving the shared goal of delivering outstanding, high-quality results embraced by all parties involved.
 

1922

The traditional furniture woodworking workshop is founded in Comerio.

1942

The company begins its retail furniture business.

1958

Start of the partnership with SLAM, a leading company in the metalworking sector.

1995

CNC machines are introduced in the production process.

2011

International expansion begins, starting with Russia and the Persian Gulf

2012

The Cesare Ferrari Group is founded.

2013

Ceresio furnishes government offices in Russia and the United Arab Emirates.

2015

Launch of export operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

2018

Complete overhaul of the machinery department with state-of-the-art equipment.

2022
