STEP 1
The raw material takes shape thanks to the latest generation CNC machining centers, pantographs and vertical and horizontal disconnectors. The cutting phase is guided by software integrated with the technical office, ensuring maximum fidelity to the executive projects and optimization of the materials. Each piece is carefully crafted, ready to become part of a coherent and functional whole.
STEP 2
After rough machining, each component goes through painting, veneering, lacquering, or manual finishing processes, depending on aesthetic and functional requirements. Each stage is accompanied by strict quality control: measurements, surfaces, joints and edging are checked to ensure high standards and aesthetic uniformity.
STEP 3
The finished elements are pre-assembled or fully assembled, depending on logistical or installation needs. This phase also includes the integration of metal components, glass, lighting and special mechanisms. Each piece of furniture is carefully prepared to handle safe transportation and installation without surprises.
